Meet
Dr. Gretchen
Physical therapist and MS-certified specialist
I teach science-backed exercises that simultaneously rebuild and rewire neurological pathways while increasing muscular strength. This dual approach helps you regain mobility, balance, and quality of life without leaving home.
When I was in my twenties, I lived in Boston, MA and was a newer physical therapist working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Every day I treated patients from all walks of life, mostly coming to me from previous injuries.
One day, I met a new patient who was 24 with Multiple Sclerosis. She had a single goal of being able to stand long enough to go to a bar with her friends and order a drink.
Because of that I really started to think about how physical therapy can help not just with pain, but also with slowing the disease progression and improving function in daily activities.
I dove deeper into research and decided to become an MS Certified Specialist.
I began helping develop MS programs for existing clinics who were trying to expand into the MS Community.
Until finally I started my own program to help people with MS all over the world, since many people with MS were unable to get to the PT clinic regularly due to their symptoms, travel, etc.
And ever since then I’ve helped over 40 thousand people with MS improve their walking, strength, and balance while gaining independence.

If you’ve tried physical therapy or other exercise programs in the past and they didn’t help, it’s not because of your MS, or your lack of effort.
Those exercises didn’t focus on improving the strength of your neural pathways in addition to your muscles.
Once you learn the correct way to exercise with MS, you’ll finally start seeing improvements in your mobility, energy, and confidence.
